The Case Management team consists of case managers and social workers. It accompanies inpatient and outpatient patients as well as their relatives in demanding social and psychosocial issues. This includes, among other things, topics such as adult protection, social insurance, financial and social issues, as well as the organization of tailor-made outpatient or inpatient aftercare solutions.
