What awaits you Establishment and monitoring of offers for different mandates Invoice proposals and documentation Updating the database (clients/locations/objects) Supplier orders and annual EBN Management of supplier invoices Guarantee of customer documentation and team sessions Coordination of team communication OM/FSM Time planning and validation of hours, control of hourly targets Organization of vacation and sick leave replacements Monitoring of team training (on boarding) and organization of missing sessions Supply of uniforms Control of compliance with procedures by our employees (quality controls) Logistics of the branch What you bring Degree or CFC in commerce and/or continuing education in the administrative field Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector Native French language, perfect knowledge of English and German an asset Excellent skills in computer tools (MS Office) Very good orthographic and writing skills Ease with numbers Sense of service and team spirit Ready for us?
