We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual as: Bartender / Chef de Rang The Bar & Lounges

Your profile

• Excellent command of German and English, as well as strong communication and hospitality skills
• Extensive experience in the upscale hotel industry or luxury dining, with comprehensive knowledge of LQA standards and an excellent understanding of service
• In-depth expertise in food, wine, spirits, and cocktails, as well as a passion for product presentation and personalized guest consultation
• Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees and ensure the highest quality standards
• Strong organizational skills, high resilience, and proficiency in using Micros POS systems and modern digital applications

Your role

• Providing personalized and attentive service to our guests with the goal of creating unforgettable experiences
• Independently managing a service station, including providing expert advice on food, cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
• Actively promoting sales and making targeted recommendations to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
• Professional handling of guest feedback and confident resolution of complaints
• Supporting the training and development of commis, demi de rang, and apprentices
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Close collaboration with the bar and service team, as well as participation in new concepts, seasonal offerings, and sustainability initiatives
