Your working environment With its ten departments and over 2'400 employees, the Departement Volkswirtschaft und Inneres fulfills important tasks in policing, law enforcement, penal enforcement, migration and integration, municipal supervision and the economy. The Generalsekretariat provides central services for the Department and is the interface to the overall administration. We provide diverse services for the testing and licensing of persons, vehicles and ships. As a Business Developer, you connect processes, technology, data and people. You recognize optimization potential, develop innovative solutions and accompany their implementation from the first idea to the introduction. In doing so, you work closely with the specialist departments, IT, external partners and management.
