HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (80-100%) / Permanent Introduction On behalf of our client, a renowned industrial and trading company based in Winterthur (near the station, parking available and partial home office possible), we are looking for an experienced Type of work In this versatile, newly created function, you will take over the HR area support (HRBP) of your Business Units at various locations of our client in German-speaking Switzerland (approx. 150 employees). You will be active in versatile HR fields (consulting, support, personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development, HR controlling, etc.) and will be the competent contact person for your line managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle. You will also be active in the areas of HR projects and change management, and will undertake coordination tasks regarding case management. In your activity, you will be supported by sympathetic HR service and payroll clerks and will report directly to the Head of Personnel, whose deputy you may also become. As a versatile HR Generalist, you bring practice in all facets of the HR lifecycle (including recruiting, support, project work). You communicate stylistically confident in German and can also communicate well in English. Further language skills (foreign) are an advantage. You are proficient in handling MS Office applications and also have good HRIS knowledge (ideally Abacus).
