For our client, a traditional and charming restaurant in the heart of Zürich, we are looking for a committed and dynamic personality as deputy operations manager. The restaurant is only open in the evening and has approx. 40 seats. Deputy Operations Manager ### #### Tasks & challenges • Greeting and looking after guests • Substitution of the managing director in all matters • Responsible for a smooth service flow • Leadership and coaching of your team • Active cooperation at the front • Responsible for compliance with quality and safety standards • Control of daily settlements • Reservation management Qualifications & competencies • Completed training in the hotel/gastronomy industry • Initial leadership experience in a similar function • Service-oriented host personality • Resilient and flexible • Open and communicative • Organizational talent and structured way of working • Languages: German and English, any further language is a plus.
