That is why we have consciously advertised this position using "Du". 💙 Work where others celebrate The erMarina is a floating restaurant and event location at the same time. In addition to a small, fine onboard menu with fresh, regional dishes, we host weddings, corporate events, banquets, and our own events. In the winter months, we additionally welcome our guests in the cozy SeeChalet (on the deck) with fondue, chinoise, and raclette. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Chef de Service (m/f/d) – annual or seasonal employment possible. Your responsibility on board - Operative leadership and coordination of the service team - Organization of service processes in restaurant and event operations - Close cooperation with our event manager - Ensuring a smooth flow of information between service, kitchen, and nautical operations - Active participation in service (small crew) - Responsibility for quality, guest care, and complaint management What you bring with you - Completed training in the hospitality industry or several years of experience in service - Leadership experience is an advantage - Organizational strength and entrepreneurial thinking - Enjoyment of independent work in a young team - Resilience as well as readiness for weekend and evening shifts - Very good German skills - Valid driver's license category B - Committed, sympathetic, dynamic, and a hands-on mentality – there is always something to do on a ship What awaits you - A unique gastro job at Lake Constance - Working on an event ship with a special ambiance - Family-like environment with an honest feedback culture - Room for design and responsibility - Attractive, modern employment conditions - Young, motivated, and successful team Interest piqued?
