Pflegefachmann - Visit - Spital Zollikerberg Zuhause If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Nursing and care of somatically acutely ill patients in the emergency station and subsequently at home in their private environment • Clinical assessment of the situation on-site as well as advice on health promotion matters • Independent execution of the nursing process even in situations of rapid changes • Installation and instruction of telemedicine devices • Cooperation in an interprofessional treatment team • Readiness for flexible support on other stations within the department if required Become part of our new offering for patients under the name «Visit - Spital Zollikerberg Zuhause».
