Maisonneuve is committed to rehabilitation alongside individuals weakened by an accident, illness, or the effects of time, by offering each person personalized, respectful, and demanding support at every stage of their care journey.

To cover this mission, Maisonneuve has implemented an "ecosystem" allowing for the care of patients in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and accompanying them at home.

We operate through three main structures:

• La Clinique Châtelaine for patients following acute care, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatrics.
• CARE Charmilles, an outpatient rehabilitation center.
• Maisonneuve à Domicile, intended for patients of La Clinique Châtelaine, to ensure care upon their discharge.

In 2026, two new structures opened their doors in Belle-Terre, Thônex, consisting of an inpatient clinic, Clinique Belle-Terre, and an outpatient rehabilitation center, CARE Belle-Terre.

Your mission
-------------

As Head of Nursing, you ensure the steering, organization, and coordination of nursing activities in order to guarantee high-quality, secure, and patient-centered care. You ensure the continuity of care pathways, support the nursing teams, and actively contribute to the development of a culture of excellence, quality, and safety within the establishment.

Steering and coordination of care

You coordinate care pathways, from admission to patient discharge, ensuring their fluidity, continuity, and efficiency. You promote close collaboration between nursing teams, the medical staff, therapists, and network partners to guarantee high-quality interdisciplinary care and an optimal patient experience.

Organization and quality of care

You organize the department's activities to ensure efficient care, in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements. You guarantee the application of procedures and protocols, ensure the monitoring of quality and safety indicators, participate in continuous improvement processes, and collaborate closely with the Quality Department for the deployment of institutional projects.

Team management

You supervise, support, and develop nursing teams by promoting a collaborative, benevolent, and empowering work environment. You ensure resource planning, support change management, support skill development, and ensure the maintenance of a team dynamic that promotes the quality of care.

Training and development

You supervise the reception, integration, and supervision of new employees, students, and interns. You identify training needs, encourage skill development, and contribute to the dissemination of professional best practices within the teams.

Your profile:

• Bachelor HES in nursing or a recognized diploma in Switzerland.
• Training in management or the desire to pursue it.
• Proven experience in team management, ideally in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent knowledge of care pathways, quality processes, and Swiss regulatory requirements.
• Leadership, sense of organization, team spirit, and ability to support change.
