You are the central contact person, coordinate appointments, quality, and costs, and ensure that requirements become convincing solutions. • Independent order processing from the offer to invoicing • Support and further development of existing clientele as well as building new customer relationships • Advice on products, materials, finishes, and technologies • Processing and monitoring of orders throughout the entire production process • Participation in holistic, cross-media communication projects in close cooperation with our agency With perspective: Your development with us After successful induction into customer advisory, further areas of responsibility will open up at a mutually agreed pace: the project management of digital projects (Web2Print, media database Cavok) as well as assistance in quality management.
