CNC Programmer M/F Val-de-Travers Job description ### • Program and optimize CNC programs using CAM software • Commission and validate programs on 3 and 5-axis machining centers • Optimize manufacturing processes • Participate in the industrialization of new products • Provide technical support to setters and operators • Guarantee quality, productivity, and safety standards • Document programs and technical data • Integrate technical data into Windchill • Ensure the development of post-processors • Create and maintain specific tools, fixtures, phase plans, and DXF files Profile ### • Technician training, micromachinist, or equivalent title • Solid knowledge of CNC machining • Mastery of CAM programming on PTC Creo • Knowledge of 3 and 5-axis machining centers • Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes • Mastery of GibbsCAM, an asset • Good command of Windows and the Office suite • Autonomy, organization, and analytical mindset • Good communicator and team spirit • Versatility and ability to propose solutions CNC Programmer / Permanent
