Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann Nephrologie If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Working in our modern Dialysezentrum in the medical-therapeutic care area • Competent and expert care of acute and chronic nephrological patients • Steering the nursing process from admission to discharge • Implementation of therapeutic and diagnostic measures • Promoting good interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation Become part of our Dialysezentrum, which, among other things, has over 23 haemodialysis places and a busy outpatient clinic for patients of the entire nephrology department. Around 7'200 dialysis treatments are carried out annually, both outpatient and inpatient, as well as approx. 1300 consultations in the outpatient clinic.
