Ideally starting early August. 2x8 shifts with on-call service. Job Description ### Main responsibilities • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and site installations. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures: mechanics, electricity, automation, and industrial IT. • Monitor industrial equipment and utilities: steam, HVAC, air treatment, and monitoring. • Participate in the commissioning, monitoring, and optimization of new production lines. • Assist and train production teams in first-level maintenance. • Coordinate interventions from external service providers and follow up on work performed. • Manage spare parts and contribute to the organization of the warehouse according to 5S principles. • Document interventions, participate in writing procedures, and contribute to quality, safety, environment, and continuous improvement processes. Profile ### Desired profile • Recognized technical training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or a degree deemed equivalent. • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, ideally a minimum of 5 years in an aseptic pharmaceutical environment. • Good skills in diagnosis, troubleshooting, and intervention on automated production equipment. • Analytical capacity, autonomy, rigor, and sense of priorities. • Team spirit, acute sense of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • Quick availability and flexibility to work in 2x8 shifts with on-call service.
