Your tasks ### • You contribute to ensuring the quality of care in a manner appropriate to the situation and do so by being mindful of the individual needs of our patients • In your role as a floater, you support the nursing specialists during the night in the care and supervision of our patients and participate in the implementation of nursing measures • You meet different concerns with sensitivity, calmness and sovereignty, thereby creating security and trust Your profile ### • Completed training as AGS AssistentIn Gesundheit und Soziales or as a nursing assistant • Professional experience in a hospital, a rehabilitation clinic or a comparable nursing environment • Joy in contact with elderly people as well as an appreciative and empathetic manner • Strong understanding of service and a good sense for the needs of our patients • High flexibility, reliability as well as an open and integrative way of communicating • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing With us, you benefit from well-founded nursing and care concepts, a very good internal and external continuing education offer as well as dynamic, closely networked and appreciative interprofessional cooperation.
