For our renowned customer from the region Aarau AG, an established and leading company, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as Operations Technician / Electromechanical Technician (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Aarau Industry: Industry various Publication date: 30.07.2026 Your activities • Maintenance: You maintain and repair the entire production plants, machines and the operating infrastructure. • Troubleshooting: You analyze and rectify both mechanical and electrical faults in complex systems. • Optimization: You actively participate in the commissioning of new plants and the optimization of existing processes. • Safety: You carry out the legally prescribed safety inspections and document the maintenance work in the system. • On-call: You participate in the technical on-call service on a rotational basis. Your profile • Training: Completed vocational training as an operations mechanic, operations electrician, automation technician EFZ, agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical training.   • Experience: You must bring in-depth experience in both areas (mechanics and electrics). • Permit: Ideally, you already possess the operations electrician permit according to Art. 13/15 NIV or are willing to acquire it. • Working style: You are characterized by an independent, structured and exact way of working. • Personality: You are a team player, resilient and remain calm even during unforeseen downtime.
