Job description: As an occupational therapist at Federleicht Gesundheitspraxis GmbH, you will accompany patients in their everyday coping and independence in different areas of life. The main areas of work are neurologic, work-oriented, and psychiatric occupational therapy. You will conduct occupational therapy assessments, create individual therapy concepts, and implement them in individual or small group therapies. A focus is on working with energy management in chronic or psychosomatic illnesses. Additionally, you will document the course of therapy, create reports, and maintain professional exchange with doctors, therapists, and other reference persons. The position is available full-time or part-time, takes place on site in Oberwil BL or Lenzburg AG, and offers you the opportunity to bring in your own priorities and help shape the practice offer. Qualifications • Completed vocational training or studies in occupational therapy as well as in-depth knowledge of occupational therapy and rehabilitation are desirable to support patients in a targeted manner in their daily lives. • Interest or experience in the field of psychiatry, ideally with knowledge of energy management • Distinct communication and consulting competence in contact with patients, relatives, and colleagues, combined with empathy and professional attitude. • Independent, structured way of working, team ability, willingness to further develop professionally, and ideally experience in practice organization and documentation.
