To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed drafter or drafter specialization architecture starting immediately (or by arrangement). Your Field of Activity • You are responsible for execution planning from the building permit onwards • You independently develop, construct, and plan execution and detail plans in ArchiCAD • You prepare secondary submissions in cooperation with authorities and official offices after the building submission/permit has been granted • You work closely with specialist planners, site managers, and contractors • You check execution and workshop plans from external planners and contractors • You actively participate in planning and execution meetings • You lead and coordinate the specialist engineers within the framework of execution planning Your Profile • You have completed training as a Drafter Specialization Architecture, Technician Structural Engineering, or as an Architect and bring professional experience in execution planning • You are confident in detail construction, workshop planning, and construction processes • You have good knowledge of building standards • You work independently, precisely, and with a high sense of quality • You enjoy the implementation of modern architecture • You communicate confidently and bring the necessary sensitivity in dealing with contractors, authorities, and clients What we offer • Varied tasks and creative freedom: You take on responsibility and can actively help shape everyday work life • An appreciative corporate culture: We work openly and at eye level – in a "Du" culture • Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and attractive employment conditions • A great team and a super working atmosphere jidbd750e8jm jit0522jm jiy26jm
