ERP Consultant (Finance / HR) (a) anica ag is an owner-managed software and consulting company based in Gisikon. As part of the long-term expansion of the ERP team, we are looking for an experienced personality for anica as an ERP Consultant with a focus on Finance and HR, who combines sound specialist knowledge with consulting competence and accompanies customers on their path of digital transformation. Your challenge You accompany SME customers throughout the entire project cycle and are the central contact person for all questions regarding finance or HR processes within the ERP landscape. You are responsible for the following areas: Analysis & Consulting Analysis and optimization of finance or HR processes at customers Recording of requirements as well as development of practical solution concepts Consulting during the introduction and further development of ERP solutions Long-term support of existing customers and their systems ERP Implementation & Process Design Parameterization and configuration of the ERP solution Accompanying migrations as well as the introduction of new modules Close cooperation with software development and internal specialists Conducting workshops and user training Customer Support & Further Development Building long-term customer relationships Collaboration on demanding ERP projects in the SME environment Active co-design and continuous further development of existing solutions Your qualities and talents Technical education and further training at HF, FH, or university level (BSc/MSc) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field At least three to five years of professional experience in a comparable role in the ERP environment Sound understanding of finance, payroll, and/or HR processes Experience with ERP systems such as Infoniqa, Abacus, or comparable solutions Enjoyment of consulting as well as the optimization of business processes Pragmatic, solution-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial mindset Confident German as well as understanding of Swiss German; knowledge of dialects is an advantage Do you want to contribute your specialist knowledge in an environment where personal responsibility, customer proximity, and sustainable solutions are the focus?
