Would you like to complete our finance team as an administrative employee in finance with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable, and together with the whole Thömus family, write the history of the Swiss bicycle? Your tasks - You make things move: • You support accounts receivable: processing customer emails, reminders, payment reconciliations, and customer-related administrative tasks • You support accounts payable: entry of supplier invoices, obtaining visas, assistance during payments, and appropriate filing of invoices • You process cash accounts and ensure that all cash data is correctly documented and reconciled • You process credit card statements and ensure their accounting • You assist in statistical analyses, reporting, and closing work • You support the finance team in all routine accounting and administrative tasks (telephone reception, replying to emails, etc.) Your profile - what you bring: • You have completed basic commercial training and initial professional experience in finance and accounting • You take pleasure in what you do, are positive, and wish to develop continuously • You are stress-resistant and like to invest yourself in an exciting and dynamic environment • You have a high level of demand for your own work and are comfortable with IT • You are communicative and master German with confidence What awaits you at Thömus: You will find with us a varied and very friendly working environment, strong social benefits, an interesting clientele, as well as innovative products.
