Working in harmony with nature: The Berufsbildungszentrum Natur und Ernährung (BBZN) is the competence center for the professions of horticulture, floristry, hotel management-housekeeping, dairy farming, and agriculture. At the three school locations Sursee, Schüpfheim, and Hohenrain, we train around 1,200 apprentices. In addition, we offer the vocational baccalaureate «Natur, Landschaft und Lebensmittel», higher vocational training, as well as domestic and agricultural advisory services. Head of Central Services (a) # 80% - 100% | Sursee | as of 01.01.2027 or by arrangement ## Actively help shape the future of the Berufsbildungszentrum Natur und Ernährung, BBZN, in this newly created key role. You will take on an important role in the school management and are responsible for the cross-location leadership and further development of our service areas in Hohenrain, Schüpfheim, and Sursee. Your tasks • As a member of the school management, you will participate in the further development and implementation of the BBZN sub-strategy, thereby actively shaping the future orientation of the BBZN. • You will assume personnel and professional leadership of the service areas at all three locations. In total, you will lead around 30 employees, 10 of whom directly. Your area of responsibility includes administration, finance, ICT, canteen/boarding school, and facility management. • Particularly in the areas of finance and ICT, you will ensure orientation, prepare relevant information, interpret key figures, and derive fields of action together with those responsible. • You will lead and coordinate projects in the areas of infrastructure, real estate, and services and continuously develop cross-location processes and structures. • You will actively participate in HR concepts and processes and, if necessary, take over the deputy role for the BBZN HR managers. • You will represent the BBZN in committees of the Dienststelle Berufs- und Weiterbildung and ensure that the concerns of the BBZN are well integrated. Your profile • A commercial or business administration education with corresponding higher education forms your professional foundation. • Ideally, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience from the areas of administration or finance. Experience with ICT, project management, infrastructure, or comparable service areas is a plus. • Networked and conceptual thinking, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working are among your strengths. You can classify, prepare, and make numbers and contexts usable for decisions. • You lead cooperatively and in an orientation towards consensus, include different perspectives, and succeed in winning people over to common solutions. Even in demanding change processes, you remain committed, clear, and solution-oriented. • You enjoy building something new and merging existing elements. You see different cultures, expectations, and interests as part of your leadership task and deal with them constructively and persistently. • Three locations are part of your daily work routine: You are ready and flexible to be regularly present in Schüpfheim, Hohenrain, and Sursee.
