Sursee | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Carefully execute the manufacture, repair, and adaptation of Swiss Army textile and leather equipment in compliance with quality requirements • Inspect material and equipment to detect visible damage and undertake the necessary work steps in accordance with current directives • Use machines and tools appropriately after instruction and perform simple maintenance work autonomously • Process work orders according to instructions, correctly enter services into the SAP system, and report them within the deadlines • Participate in the handover and return of material as well as advise and serve internal customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner • Strictly respect regulations regarding occupational safety, health protection, and the environment and contribute to a safe and orderly operation of the workshop <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Training in upholstery not indispensable; manual dexterity as well as completed artisanal vocational training or practical experience in an artisanal environment is an asset • Careful and precise working method, good technical understanding as well as interest in working with leather and textile materials • Willingness to train in new areas of activity, to acquire internal knowledge, and to continuously develop your skills • Autonomous and structured working method, ability to set priorities relevantly as well as reliable and timely execution of entrusted tasks • Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and willingness to contribute actively to a safe and structured operation of the workshop • Basic IT knowledge and willingness to familiarize yourself with the SAP system <br /> In a few words Thanks to your manual dexterity, you contribute directly to the operational availability of the Swiss Army by ensuring the careful processing of high-quality equipment.
