With an experienced team, you will ensure the reliable maintenance of all our branches throughout the canton of Schwyz and ensure that our working environment remains functional, sustainable and up-to-date. Technical Janitor/Caretaker Lend a hand - as an all-rounder for our properties! Your tasks - versatile, responsible and no two days are the same: • You ensure that everything runs smoothly in our buildings - with a mix of janitorial services, maintenance and technical know-how. • Inspection tours and a watchful eye on safety-related facilities are just as much a part of your daily routine as a keen sense of detail. • Malfunctions, repairs to interior fittings, sanitary facilities or building parts? You take care of them - independently, efficiently and with a lot of attention to detail. • You plan and implement maintenance and repair work on mechanical systems, as well as cleaning work in and around our buildings. • Environmentally conscious disposal and supply, as well as optimizing processes in your work environment, give you pleasure. • When working with external service providers, you take on coordination, accompany the deployments on site and check the services provided. • You obtain quotes, compare offers and keep an overview. • As a central point of contact for user requests, you act in a binding and solution-oriented manner. • You also see administrative tasks (e.g. documentation, fault management in the internal tool) as a natural part of your daily work. • You take on an evening shift (until 20:00) every four weeks and the standby service over 7 days every eight weeks. This is what you bring - your profile: • A completed vocational training in the field of operational maintenance, building technology or a craft training • Further training in the field of facility management is a plus • At least 3 years of experience in the field of janitorial services or building management • You are familiar with technical systems and infrastructures • Customer orientation is in your blood, you think entrepreneurially and act independently • Flexible, resilient and with a clear understanding of quality and safety on the go • You communicate safely in German - written and spoken • IT tools (e.g. MS Office) are not an obstacle for you, but everyday life • You appear well-groomed and professional - friendly, binding and solution-oriented • Impeccable reputation is a requirement • Driver's license category B is mandatory • Your place of residence is no more than 20 minutes away from Schwyz Our offer - you can look forward to this: Are our values your values?
