That's why we are looking for a (a) social pedagogical (r) family companion 80% -90% (m, w, d) ## for the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft Your job: ### You work in the immediate everyday life of families who are in acute crises or have been in difficult life situations for a longer period and need support in educational matters. You coach parents in their role as educational responsibles, use existing resources, expand their competencies in different areas of life and work systemically-solution-oriented. The focus is on ensuring and promoting the well-being of the child, with a focus on a healthy development of children and adolescents. You work as a leading specialist largely independently or in co-settings with many design options in the direct living and residential environment of the families. The job starts immediately or by arrangement.
