Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Supply Chain Specialist \- Expatriation Thailand (M/F) Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Supply Chain Specialist \- Expatriation Thailand (M/F) Proven experience in industrial Supply Chain, ideally in a watchmaking, dial, microtechnical, or manufacturing environment with high quality requirements Solid mastery of production planning, flow management, stocks, priorities, and deadlines Good understanding of ERPs and their role in operational management, flow reliability, and continuous improvement Managerial experience or a strong capacity to supervise, unite, and support teams in a transformation context Ability to collaborate, while providing structuring expertise and a Supply Chain improvement vision Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, solution orientation, field sense, and ability to evolve in an international environment Professional English appreciated The advantages: An incredible expatriation experience within an international industrial environment A key role to strengthen, structure, and sustainably improve the Supply Chain organization A potential evolution opportunity towards broader managerial responsibilities As part of its international development, our client wishes to strengthen its Supply Chain organization by integrating a profile capable of improving flows, processes, and operational management. You will work in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager, while reporting directly to the Management. Ideally, you should have managerial experience in order to be able, if necessary, to evolve towards a Supply Chain Manager role. Main responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager to improve the department's organization, flows, and processes Evaluate the current Supply Chain organization and identify priority areas for structuring and improvement Strengthen critical workflows related to production planning, priority management, and operational monitoring Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the ERP as a tool for management and data reliability Clarify roles, responsibilities, and interfaces with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and other industrial functions Implement monitoring indicators to ensure the reliability of deadlines, stocks, priorities, and Supply Chain performance Support teams in adopting new working methods and be able, if necessary, to take on more managerial responsibilities jpidd4eb2e4jm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
