At the Binz location, we offer two forms of living to 24 people with cognitive, physical, and partly mental impairments. On the fully supervised residential group Berg & Tal, people live who require care in nursing and everyday life to maintain and further develop their competencies. On the partially supervised residential group See, people live who are able to organize everyday life, leisure, and holidays largely independently. We are looking for an engaged personality as Nursing Specialist Psychiatry ## starting immediately or by arrangement Your tasks • You enjoy working in a team, but can also take on independent and autonomous areas of activity • You appreciate the meaningfulness of a social professional environment and are prepared to commit at eye level to the topics and needs of people with impairments; for you, a professional understanding of roles is a matter of course • Your flexible, reflective, and humorous way of working allows you to react thoughtfully, effectively, and calmly even in unforeseen and challenging situations • You enjoy committing yourself and are willing to contribute to the continuous further development and optimization of the residential offerings Your profile • Completed training as Nursing Specialist Psychiatry HF or Social Pedagogue HF • You bring several years of professional experience in socio-pedagogical or care work with adolescents and adults with complex support needs (e.g., challenging behavior, mental illnesses, autism spectrum disorders) • You appreciate a reflective and supportive exchange within the team • You feel confident in writing practical progress reports with a clear structure and stringent argumentation and responsibly undertake key person work and support planning • You have the ability to think and act in a networked and holistic manner • You have good PC user skills in programs such as MS Office, Limsophy (client system), etc. • Flexibility for irregular working hours and weekend services • Ideally, you possess a driving license Cat.
