Shift Leader / Shift Coordinator (m/f)

The Shift Leader ensures the organisation and smooth running of the shifts. He is responsible for the shifts assigned to him, the well-being and safety of the crew members and guests. He leads and motivates the team in such a way that the goals of the restaurant are achieved. The Shift Leader sets a good example and pays particular attention to standards for food safety, quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, while complying with the applicable statutory provisions.
