YOUR TASKS • Admission coding of emergency patients • General assistant work (keeping meeting minutes, correspondence, updating work instruments etc.) as well as support for the team leaders • Responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail as well as for ordering (brochures, consumables) • Support from case opening to closure, collection/preparation of case numbers including participation in case discussions • Support for the team with registrations of follow-up solutions as well as with clarifications of cost coverage questions (hospital services, aids and transport) with health insurance companies, accident insurance companies and other payers <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a medical secretary, medical practice assistant or similar medical training with an administrative flair • Experience in an acute hospital as well as good knowledge of clinic-specific processes • Very good user knowledge of MS Office, user knowledge of other clinic software desirable • Stylish German in speaking and writing, other language skills an advantage • Strong organizational skills as well as networked thinking and solution-oriented action <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated inter- and multiprofessional team awaits you.
