Data Protection Specialist – Temporary Mission of 4 months Within our General Services department, you join a committed and expert team, which works every day to ensure compliance and data protection within the organization. In this key role, you actively contribute to the implementation and development of the data protection system within the Assura Group. You support the business and management to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for data protection, while participating in effective data and risk governance. You support the Data Protection Advisor and play a central role in spreading a culture of data protection across the organization . What you do on a daily basis You advise the business on data protection issues and manage requests from individuals regarding their rights (e.g. right of access, rectification, right to be forgotten, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams. You handle personal data protection breaches and participate in the handling of data security breaches in collaboration with the Information Security Service. You analyze the compliance of business projects, contracts, as well as existing and new data processing with legal requirements and the recommendations of the Federal Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner. You support the business in carrying out data protection impact assessments (AIPD). You participate in the development and updating of internal regulations on data protection for the Group. You maintain and develop the register of processing activities. Finally, you carry out checks and raise awareness among management and employees of legal requirements and good practices in data protection, thus contributing to the continuous strengthening of the Group's compliance. What you bring to the team You have a university degree, ideally in law or computer science, complemented by a specialization in data protection. You have proven experience in a similar function, with solid practice in personal data protection issues, ideally you have experience in social insurance. You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and great rigor in your work, with a methodical and structured approach. With strong communication and synthesis skills, you are able to popularize complex topics and interact effectively with different stakeholders. You stand out for your team spirit, your sense of contact and your flexibility. Organized, autonomous and reactive, you are able to make quick and relevant decisions, while ensuring a high level of reliability in your activities .
