The current job holder is taking on a newly created role in our team - therefore we are looking for you as a successor in the team as HR Services Specialist (m/f/d), 80-100% Your contribution to our team You ensure that our HR administration runs smoothly - from the entry to the exit of our employees. In doing so, you take care of personnel changes, certificates, attestations, as well as the maintenance of master personnel data and electronic dossiers. You work confidently in our HR, time, and access systems and support managers and employees with administrative and system-related questions. At the same time, you actively contribute to the further development of our HR services: You take responsibility for your area of expertise, optimize processes, and participate in HR projects. With small, impactful contributions to employee retention - such as at employee events or personal occasions - you also strengthen the positive Employee Experience in our company.
