Do you keep an overview even in hectic moments and have a flair for technology? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, service-oriented personality for our modern alarm center in Widnau (SG), starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
– Reception, processing, and forwarding of alarm, malfunction, and event reports
– Monitoring of video and security systems as well as triggering intervention measures according to internal guidelines
– Initial telephone contact in security-relevant incidents
– Initiation of necessary measures in cooperation with customers, partners, and emergency services
– Careful protocol management and recording of deployment reports

Your profile:
– Calm, reliable, and independent way of working, even under high pressure
– Strong sense of responsibility and service-oriented thinking
– Technical understanding and confident handling of IT systems
– Very good German skills in spoken and written language
– Readiness for predominantly night, weekend, and holiday shifts
– Impeccable character (criminal record and debt enforcement register extracts required)
– Professional experience in the security industry, in a control center, or in technical support is an advantage
