Your role ### ·       Independent physiotherapeutic treatment of musculoskeletal patients ·       Active rehab & medical training therapy ·       Manual therapy depending on personal profile ·       Design of individual exercise programs (digital & practical) ·       Exchange within the team, collaboration on internal standards & concepts What you bring ### ·       Completed training or studies in physiotherapy  (SRK recognition mandatory, EU degree ok with recognition permit) ·       Very good German skills (B2 or better) • Understanding of Swiss German dialect is important, otherwise the therapy quality suffers ·       Enjoyment of active and passive therapy and of planning goals together ·       Constructive communication and willingness for further education ·       Confident, friendly appearance - or the will to develop it ·       Humor, curiosity, and desire for a supportive team What awaits you ### ·       Modern practice with a strong focus on therapy & training - the person always at the center ·       Infrastructure of the Input Fitness: eGym, Functionalbereich, Skillcourt, SensoPro, Ausdauerpark ·       Fitness subscription incl. wellness: eGym, SensoPro, Fle-xx-Zirkel, Sauna ·       5 weeks vacation + 1 week further education leave ·       1 hour paid admin time per working day ·       Clear processes, transparent working conditions ·       Team meetings, further education budget, internal development ·       Flexible workload (40-100%) ·       Working in a team where people truly support each other ·       We pay fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the market.
