To strengthen the Linth-Gebiet region, we are looking for a Quality Inspector 100% (Flexible working hours) # Employment: 100% Location: Thalwil Industry: various industry Publication date: 05.08.2026 Your tasks • Inspection of individual parts and assemblies, mainly made of metallic materials, using suitable manual measuring and testing tools as well as modern height measuring devices • Planning and prioritization of inspection orders, taking into account operational requirements from production • Application of existing inspection plans as well as creation of inspection plans based on technical drawings for new parts • Documentation and professional interpretation of inspection results • Recognition of deviations, opening of error reports and understandable handover to the involved specialist departments • Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) with the possibility to help shape and implement optimizations yourself • Cooperation in cross-team quality topics such as quarantine stock, monitoring of measuring and testing equipment, as well as internal consulting Your profile • Technical basic training in an industrial environment (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable) • Experience in the inspection of individual parts and assemblies in a manufacturing company from the metal industry • Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings • Routine in handling manual measuring and testing tools as well as operation of height measuring devices • Structured, reliable way of working as well as willingness to actively question and improve processes • Clear, factual communication What you can expect • Good development opportunities • Good annual salary • Fresh and regional catering • Generous mobility offers • Friendly working atmosphere • Balanced work-life balance • Flexible working models • Modern workplaces Have I piqued your interest?
