Das Blaue Kreuz Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is the leading specialist organization for addiction issues with the areas of Prevention + Health Promotion, Counseling + Therapy, as well as Integration + Businesses. With around 90 employees and 260 volunteers at 13 locations, we implement diverse offerings that are financed through service mandates from the cantons as well as through donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals. Perron bleu in Biel is an established, alcohol-free meeting point that serves as a lively social meeting place and offers valuable spaces for social and professional integration. To strengthen our team and ensure ongoing operations, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Work Integration Specialist ## Workload 30 % - 40 % ### Fixed-term employment until 31. December 2026 ### Field of activity • Accompanying and supporting clients within the framework of social and professional integration • Instruction and promotion of clients in their activities within the business • Participation in ensuring a regular and reliable daily operation at Perron bleu • Taking on key worker duties and, depending on need, supporting case management • Supporting the existing specialist team in day-to-day operational business • Accompanying and supporting volunteers Requirement profile • Completed training in work integration (Arbeitsagogik), social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification • Experience in supporting people in challenging life situations • Independent, reliable, and pragmatic way of working • Enjoyment of direct work with clients • Organizational and administrative skills as well as good IT user knowledge We offer • A versatile and meaningful activity with a direct connection to social and professional integration • A committed and supportive team • Space for initiative and independent working • Contemporary employment conditions and progressive social benefits • A workplace close to the center in Biel Do you feel addressed?
