To strengthen our team, we are looking for an agreement on a Group Leader Agogics - Horticulture 80% (m/w/d) Your tasks Accompanying a group of employees and learners with mental and/or cognitive impairments and promoting them individually in an educational framework Maintenance and care of private gardens, green spaces, and park facilities Various workshop tasks: maintenance, minor repairs, all-round care, winter service Collaboration on the expansion of the training department Technology & Maintenance / Workshop EFZ (in cooperation with our internal T&U) Various administrative tasks, including professional documentation in the client information system What you bring Completed EFZ training: gardener, landscape gardener, specialist in plant maintenance EFZ (workshop) or equivalent Enjoyment of educational work with learners and people with disabilities You have a sense of humor and remain calm and solution-oriented even in challenging situations Our offer A large scope for design and a flat hierarchy that allows you to contribute and implement your ideas An inspiring work environment where you have the opportunity to positively influence and enrich people's lives every day Internal and external training opportunities Fair and attractive salary and social benefits are a matter of course for us Do you have questions?
