The Stiftung Steinegg is a private law social institution in Wiesendangen (Winterthur area) that offers living and working places for people with multiple disabilities. As a complement to our small kitchen team, we are looking for, as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, a Cook 60 - 80% ==================== Your area of responsibility: • You assist in the preparation and making of lunch and dinner (approx. 100 meals) for our residents as well as for the cafeteria (self-service, only at lunch) • You take over Mise en Place work and support the ordering process • You assist in the creation of the menu plan • You represent your team colleagues in their absence • You are co-responsible for compliance with food laws and hygiene regulations What you bring with you: • You are a trained Cook EFZ and already have experience in preparing balanced and healthy meals for our residents • You are creative and passionately enjoy cooking for a larger number of "hungry people" • You bring a high awareness of quality and enjoy working independently and responsibly • You possess high social competence and are very reliable • You have good German skills (oral and written) • You appreciate working in a small team What you can expect: • regular working hours (Monday-Friday, no curfew, weekends and public holidays off) • freedom for your own ideas to help shape the area • good training and further education opportunities Are you interested and do you meet the requirements?
