Tasks Overall responsibility for the stable operation, further development, and lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA Finance platform, consisting of the modules FI, CO, TR, CM, SD/MM and numerous interfaces, together with the external Application Management and Hosting partners Incident and Change Management in the SAP context in close cooperation with internal and external partners Planning and implementation of projects, changes, and releases within the SAP landscape Analysis, specification, and prioritization of requirements from the specialist departments 1st Level Support and advice to the specialist departments regarding processes, system functions, and optimization possibilities Ensuring appropriate documentation as well as compliance with compliance and governance requirements and being the contact person for IT audit Profile Higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification Experience in supporting SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA solutions Sound understanding of business processes in one or more SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Sales) Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes and experience in working with external implementation and support partners Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Strong communication personality with high customer and service orientation Very good German as well as good English skills Opportunities At Viseca, you will work in a dynamic and creative work environment.
