In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a: GC Foreman / Team Leader at 100 % Your mission As a site manager, you play a key role in the realization of our projects and the supervision of our teams. Your main responsibilities: • Organize, coordinate and supervise construction work on sports fields. • Manage and motivate one to two site teams (3 to 6 employees). • Plan interventions and ensure the proper progress of the work. • Ensure the administrative and IT follow-up of the sites. • Establish work reports and monitor project progress. • Guarantee the quality of realizations, respect for deadlines and safety standards. Your profile -CFC in landscaping or equivalent training. -Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field. -Experience in team management or strong leadership potential. -Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented person. -Team spirit, sense of responsibility and taste for well-done work. -Category BE driving license indispensable.
