We are looking for as of 01.11.2026 (or by arrangement) a School Social Worker (40% workload) ## You will work at our secondary school Buechholz. Your tasks • Individual promotion of social and emotional competencies for an adapted management of everyday school life, in order to ensure their participation and integration. • Additional support in finding adequate follow-up solutions. • The work can take place both during lesson time within the class group and in an individual setting. • Professional support of the teachers in pedagogical everyday life regarding challenging behavior. • Strengthening the educational partnership between school and home. Involvement of parents and legal guardians in the school-based promotion of the student through transparent communication and a systemic approach. • Networking: Cooperation with external agencies (Mobiler Jugenddienst, KJZ Meilen, therapy) • Create offers to strengthen the class community Our expectations • Completed studies as a Social Worker FH or HF, professional experience with children and adolescents with behavioral issues • Good IT skills (ideally Scolaris, KLAPP, CMI, MS-Office) • Joy in change and in dealing with people • Independence, networked thinking and reliability • Confident expression (oral and written) in German We offer • Activity at a progressive, dynamic school with modern structures • A varied and versatile activity • Independent work with high personal responsibility • Progressive working conditions • Good working atmosphere in a committed team • Further training opportunities We look forward to your application via the application platform.
