In this newly created key role, you are responsible for the further development of our business solutions, connecting the Facility Management specialist department and IT, and initiating innovative, business-oriented solutions. Your tasks • As a link between specialist departments and IT, you identify digitalization potential, develop business-oriented solution concepts, and accompany their implementation. • You are responsible for the strategic further development of our solution portfolio, ensure transparency regarding responsibilities, roadmaps, and dependencies, and represent the interests of the Dienststelle towards the central corporate IT as well as external software partners. • You ensure that the business solutions used comply with the functional requirements as well as the relevant legal, regulatory, and information security-relevant specifications - in close coordination with the responsible application managers. • You coordinate the solution development process from requirements gathering through to conception and introduction, and accompany continuous optimization in ongoing operations. • You systematically analyze business processes, identify optimization potential, and lead or accompany digitalization, organizational, and construction projects as a Business Analyst. • With your understanding of digitalization and modern technologies, you advise the specialist departments on process optimizations, evaluate new solutions on the market, and drive innovations. Your profile • A completed degree (HF/FH/University) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable education and further training with corresponding professional experience forms your technical foundation. • Several years of experience in business analysis as well as in the management of digitalization or solution projects enables you to successfully design, introduce, and further develop business solutions. • You bring sound experience in Requirements Engineering, Stakeholder Management, and ideally in Project Management; knowledge in Application- or IT Service Management (ITIL) is an advantage. • A strong understanding of business processes in the real estate environment and digitalization, as well as the ability to bring different stakeholder groups together in a solution-oriented manner, distinguish you. • You complement your independent, structured, and analytical way of working with high consulting and communication competence as well as very good German skills.
