As a Farmer Field Crops, you will take responsibility for the entire field crop operation and the professional guidance of admitted persons. Your tasks • You participate in the correctional work with the goal of successful reintegration of the admitted persons. • The storage and retrieval of raw products in the cold storage rooms, sorting and equalization work as well as the monitoring of technical equipment are your responsibility. • In fodder and field crop production, in forest use, hedge maintenance and farm manure management, you work actively and ensure professional processes. • As a reference person, you accompany the admitted persons during work, conduct qualification interviews, create assessments and contribute to efficient operational management. • With regular working hours, you contribute to a stable operational workflow and good cooperation with all specialist departments in the correctional services. Your profile • You have completed training as a Farmer EFZ. • You bring several years of professional experience in agriculture and are willing to complete the training to become a specialist in correctional services, which we will support you with. • You grasp agricultural and operational connections quickly and make decisions analytically, in a networked and forward-looking manner. • You work confidently with digital systems and bring good IT user skills. • Good communication skills, strong social competence and a professional handling of closeness and distance characterize you.
