Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the patient dining room as well as room service on the wards, including active participation in daily operational business and ensuring smooth service processes. • Organization, coordination, and execution of events and functions. • Functional and personnel leadership of the service team, including duty and holiday planning to ensure efficient personnel deployment. • Responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices in this area. • Further development and implementation of the F&B concept as well as ensuring efficient service processes in daily operational business. • Professional and solution-oriented handling of guest feedback and complaints. • Promotion of transparent communication as well as constructive cooperation with all departments of the house. • Implementation of projects in the hospitality area and active participation in optimization and development processes. • Knowledge of relevant operational key figures and co-responsibility for their achievement. • Responsibility for the ordering system in close cooperation with the internal purchasing department. Your profile • Completed training in gastronomy or hospitality. • Several years of leadership experience as well as experience in a comparable position. • Strong guest and service orientation as well as high flexibility and independence. • Forward-looking, goal-oriented, and structured way of working with strong organizational skills. • High sense of quality and responsibility as well as a keen eye for detail. • Communication strength, assertiveness, and resilience. • Friendly, open, and binding personality in dealing with guests, employees, and colleagues. • Well-groomed appearance as well as professional and confident demeanor. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing. • Vocational trainer certificate (Berufsbildnerausweis) is an advantage.
