As a reinforcement and competence center for the Toggenburg holiday region, we bring people, ideas, and projects together and shape tourism jointly with our partners. So that our organisation works just as reliably in the background as our projects do externally, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by agreement. Your role You are responsible for financial and accounting management, HR administration, and various organisational tasks. You ensure that processes function – structured, efficiently, and reliably. This creates the basis for our team to focus on what matters: the further development of the Toggenburg living and tourist space. Your tasks Finances You are responsible for the financial and accounting management of Toggenburg Tourismus. This includes managing debtors and creditors, controlling cash flows, preparing VAT returns, and ensuring clean project invoicing. Additionally, you prepare the annual financial statements or create them yourself and continuously develop our financial processes. HR Administration & Personnel Processes You ensure reliable personnel administration – from entries and exits to contracts and social insurance to the administration of our apprentices. At the same time, you ensure that administrative processes function efficiently and reliably. As a training company, the promotion of our KV apprentices is a key concern for us. Therefore, their technical support and promotion are also part of your area of responsibility. Organisation & Management Support You prepare key figures and decision-making bases, organise board meetings, and support the management in everyday operations. In doing so, you coordinate pending tasks and ensure that topics are reliably pursued.
