Die öffentliche Spitex Wald Fischenthal is responsible for the outpatient healthcare of the residents of Wald and Fischenthal. The Spitex employees care for their clients competently and empathetically in their own homes, provide psychiatric care, or support them in everyday life. Spitex Wald Fischenthal is part of the non-profit Stiftung Drei Tannen, which, in addition to the Spitex, operates the newly built Pflegezentrum Rosenthal and offers assisted living apartments with service tailored to needs. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Somatik Your tasks: Individual care & support: You accompany our clients in their everyday life with heart and expertise. Case management & responsibility: You control the care and support process and take over case management. Medical-technical measures: You use your expertise in a targeted manner to ensure the best possible care. Flexibility in deployment: Evening and weekend shifts are part of your varied everyday working life. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with colleagues within the Stiftung Drei Tannen, external partners, and relatives to ensure holistic care.
