Currently, we are looking for a Sachbearbeiter/in Montage 80 - 100% for our client. Your tasks: • Coordination and processing of all remaining work in the assembly department from A to Z • Receipt and recording of incoming reports • Planning, prioritization and scheduling of upcoming work • Deployment planning and coordination of fitters • Ongoing exchange and coordination with the fitters • Direct communication with clients and customers • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support • Monitoring and tracking of open orders and remaining work • Support of assembly logistics as needed • Assistance in organizing and coordinating logistical processes in the assembly area Your profile: • Completed training as a carpenter EFZ • Specialized kitchen builder • Professional experience in the wood industry • Pronounced planning skills • Strong organizational and coordinating skills • Negotiation skills and confident appearance • Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations • Solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking • Clear, precise and targeted communication skills • Secure handling of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) Interested?
