What you can achieve • Active collaboration in the Construction Management team in administrative matters, particularly during the opening of construction projects, cost and invoice control, the processing of procurement processes for contractors/planners, as well as the creation of orders and contracts • Project controlling during invoice verification and contract management as well as maintaining data in the IT tools Immopac, SAP, Speedicon and Symfact • Support for the Head of Construction Management West in projects and in team leadership • Active participation in shaping communication through the establishment and maintenance of a reference library as well as the creation and preparation of presentations, key figures, status reports and decision-making bases • Coordination of the team assistance with the location in Emmen and with the assistance of the management • Organization of project meetings and deadline controls as well as structuring the digital project filing What you bring with you • Commercial or technical training with commercial / business administration further education • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in a construction or real estate environment • Structured, independent and detail-oriented way of working and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Strong communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with internal and external project partners • High digital competence and sound user knowledge in SAP, Speedicon and/or Immopac (or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with these systems) • Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage Salary and benefits The RUAG Real Estate AG is a real estate competence center and a subsidiary of the RUAG MRO Holding AG.
