YOUR TASK You independently advise our customers from the first appointment and care for them closely beyond the sales conclusion. In this way, you maintain our existing customer base on the one hand and actively acquire new customers on the other. To do this, you use our network, maintain contact with ENT doctors, and bring in your own ideas. Furthermore, you are responsible for a customer-friendly, appealing hearing center and proactively bring in suggestions for improvement. You use your key figures to achieve your goals in a targeted manner and take appropriate measures if necessary. YOUR PROFILE Ideally, you have completed training as a hearing system acoustician, have at least successfully passed the level 1 (AHS) exam or are a skilled tradesperson (WIFI or similar). You enjoy your profession and want to further deepen your skills and knowledge. You are used to thinking and acting in a customer- and sales-oriented manner. Your good PC user skills support you in your daily work (common fitting tools, MS-Office). Your positive attitude, independence, and sense of responsibility help you achieve your goals effectively.
