To strengthen our care team, we are looking for a communicative, solution- and team-oriented leadership personality with good organizational skills immediately or by arrangement Station Management (HF/ FH, 80% to 100%, m/w/d) What awaits you A you-culture with appreciation and respectful, open interaction Progressive workplace with modern working equipment and learning organization Interesting, challenging field of activity in a modern environment Contemporary employment conditions, good social benefits, and further education and training opportunities Quiet location, directly opposite the train station and easily accessible by car Your main tasks are Personnel management of a team incl. duty planning, qualification interviews, creation of work certificates, etc. as well as general administrative work Responsibility and control of the electronic care documentation of employees Responsibility for the professional, holistic care and nursing of our residents incl. recognition of individual needs, also emergency situations, and corresponding appropriate, situational action Contact person for residents, relatives, and involved specialist offices incl. coordination of doctor's visits Active participation in the care team as well as planning, implementation, and evaluation of the care process Collaboration and support in the training of learners (FaGe, AGS, interns) Participation in quality assurance and technical support for the further development of care quality in the teams Interdisciplinary collaboration You have Completed training as HF (level III) Professional experience in long-term care Great motivation and joy in dealing with elderly people Independent work, high reliability, and assertiveness Commitment, flexibility, and resilience High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as high service orientation Leadership experience and communication at eye level to motivate a team to top performance Good German language skills in word and writing Good MS-Office 365 EDV user knowledge, advantageous knowledge of PEP, BESA, and LOBOS Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen We offer around 100 residents on 3 residential houses a home.
