CNC Turner (m/f/d) Your tasks: Precision at the lathe • Operating modern CNC lathes and machining centers with a clear focus on turning • Active assistance in setting up the systems • Quality-compliant manufacturing of turned parts – from single pieces to medium-sized series • Conscientious performance of first-piece and intermediate inspections directly within the series Independent execution of necessary program corrections • Continuous monitoring and timely replacement of machining tools Thinking ahead and active optimization of existing manufacturing processes in the turning area • Performing weekly routine maintenance on the machines What you can look forward to • Employment in a solid family business that actively cares for its employees • A work culture based on mutual trust • Active support for your individual career perspectives and further training • Various attractive amenities offered exclusively to employees • Constructive and solution-oriented collaboration in the team Qualifications Your profile: What you bring with you • Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or alternatively unskilled employees with at least 5 years of proven practice on CNC lathes, especially in series production • Sound experience in metal-cutting machining with a specialization in turning • Practical knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens controls is of great advantage • Mandatory willingness to work in a two-shift operation • An independent and extremely careful way of working • An uncomplicated and reliable personality
