YOUR TASKS • Independent management and organization of a station • Compliance with and implementation of our hygiene guidelines and quality standards • Management of employees as well as support in the training of our apprentices • Assistance in the design and development of new dishes and recipes • Ordering of fresh goods • Irregular working hours as well as evening and weekend shifts are part of this activity. <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed vocational training as a cook (EFZ or equivalent) • Experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining • Interest and motivation in the training of apprentices • Good German language skills <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, an inter- and multiprofessional working, well-coordinated team awaits you.
