Junior Sport Project Manager 80-100 % # About the position ### As a junior sport project manager, you will play a cross-functional role by supporting event coordination and sports diplomacy while managing essential financial reports. You will work in a startup-type environment directly assisting the management team. Professional tasks ## This position combines operational project support, creative communication tasks, and analytical financial management in the international sports sector. • Coordinate international events and professional congresses • Support sports diplomacy initiatives and ecosystem synergies • Create engaging visual presentations with PowerPoint or Canva • Manage analytical accounting data and coordinate with the fiduciary • Perform monthly budget reviews and generate analytical reports • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations • Provide occasional and practical support during key events (occasionally in the evening or on weekends). Profile sought ### • University or HES degree (UNIL Sports/Sport Management, HEC, EHL, HEIG-VD or equivalent). • Proficiency in French and English (German is a plus). • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and comfort with Excel (data manipulation, basic analytical thinking).
